Junior Software Engineer – Centurion

Job title:  Junior Software Development Engineer
Our client, a large multidisciplinary engineering company based in Centurion, focussing strongly on providing hardware and software-based security solutions in the ICT industry, is searching for talented developers to join their team.

We are seeking a Junior Software Development Engineer comfortable working with C and C++, ideally having exposure working on an operating system level. A good understanding of networking and network security is desired; knowledge of cryptographic principles and applications will be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • B Eng Computer Engineering degree
  • Experience in software development
  • Skilled/knowledgeable in C and C++ development
  • Good understanding of networking and network security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • UML understanding
  • South African citizenship
