Job Overview:
- Become a key team member involved in developing user interfaces and supporting application server components related to data organisation, exploration, analysis, visualisation, GIS, and workflow.
- Join our client in creating new UI applications with Vue.js and Spring Boot, and play a vital role in our growth, technological progress, UX design, and architecture.
- Support our client’s efforts to maintain their position as a market leader by providing insights into telecoms big data managed by large distributed processing systems.
- Focus on requirements, design, and user experience to deliver products that encourage user adoption and satisfy customers.
- Work within an agile, customer-focused team developing software in a continuous integration setting.
- Develop robust, reliable, high-throughput systems used by hundreds of experts, analysts, and administrators.
- Over time, advise on incorporating technological advances and software architecture improvements to enhance our market position and product quality.
Required Experience/skills:
- B.Sc. Computer Science, BEng (with Computer Science subjects up to final year) or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in an aligned position.
- Familiar with UX interaction design process with familiarity of user research, personas and information architecture
- Experience in building new UI architectures from scratch
- Experience in automated test development and processes to support continuous integration
- Experience in multi-threaded performance-centric design
- Experience in deploying solutions to production, providing support and maintenance, dealing with user and support feedback and troubleshooting to rapidly solve problems.
- Experience in design and development for distributed service-oriented architectures and asynchronous messaging
- Experience in integration of diverse systems in a service-oriented architecture
