Vacancy available for an experienced Head of Product to lead our client’s product team and take their offerings international and to new heights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing a team, product management, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions that solve real-world problems.

Our client is an IoT company that provides next-generation mobile applications, systems, and solutions. They’re a hardware & software company that has built their product from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc, etc.) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products internationally, preferably in the security, IoT, and/or SaaS industries.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Taking Products Global: Experience in expanding products to international markets, navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of global growth.
  • B2B2C: Familiarity with B2B2C business models and strategies, ensuring successful partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Environment: Knowledge of the regulatory environment surrounding IoT, particularly as it pertains to security and privacy concerns, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of product managers and product designers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with a track record of adapting to change and prioritizing work effectively.
