Job Description
Job title:  Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Cape Town
A new vacancy is available for an Embedded Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience at an Aerospace company with an international footprint providing turnkey solutions. Their team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who are committed to excellence, innovation and safety.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop software, firmware, and drivers for RTOS.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B Eng) is essential.
  • A Master’s Degree would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • Development experience in embedded software C/C++ (non – negotiable)
  • Experience participating in peer code review (non-negotiable)
  • Participate in code certification process (D0178) (Advantageous)
  • Integration with hardware
  • Participate in teams’ agile process
  • Knowledge of CI (Advantageous).
