Senior Product Manager position is available to join a dynamic team dedicated to changing the marketing landscape.
You will join a business that uses advanced machine learning algorithms to turn data into actionable customer insights.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of one of the business’ product areas. Your role involves developing the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the products meet customers’ needs and business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- MBA will be advantageous but optional.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as ClickUp.
- Experience in a StartUp environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the product area vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Align product strategy with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
- Product Development:
- Lead the ideation, guide technical development and launch of innovative improvements to the product area.
- Create detailed product requirement documents based on market needs and stakeholder input.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality product iterations on time and within budget.
- Creation and engineering handover of User Stories.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- User Experience and Feedback:
- Gather and analyse user feedback and data to make informed product decisions.
- Conduct user testing and beta programs to validate product ideas and improvements.
- Performance Tracking and Optimisation:
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
- Continuously analyse product performance and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
